Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Returns
We offer an easy 7-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable: innerwear, customized items, and items marked non-returnable on the product page (for hygiene/safety reasons).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit / to your bank for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched at no charge. After dispatch, please use the returns process.
